The Exmoor pony is a feral pony found in Devon, UK. It is a small but strong pony that lives in the wild under tough conditions. Its numbers were very low after the Second World War, but the breed was saved by breeders. Nowadays a few herds live in semi-feral conditions, and others are kept as domestic horses. All exmoors have the same characteristics, they are a smutty bay or brown, with pangaré.
The main colours of the Exmoor pony are bay and brown, both with lots of sooty and pangaré. White markings however, do not appear in the Exmoor.
The exmoor pony can be found (and caught) in Jean's wildlife park, in Europe.
